I am writing this letter to recommend AAA construction for renovations and or new construction. I have used AAA Construction for multiple jobs over the years and have received nothing but the best when it comes to the work completed and customer service received. I cannot praise them enough for the manner in which they have treated me even during the smaller jobs. Wally and his team have been great to work with. All jobs completed to date by AAA Construction has been done in a timely manner and to my quality standards. All large scale projects have been completed on time or ahead of schedule which is very important to me as we are in operation sis days per week. Working with AAA has been beneficial to me and I will continue to do so moving forward

It gives me great pleasure to write a reference for Wally and his team at AAA Construction. In 2013, we decided to undertake a very complicated remodeling and major extension to our house. A number of contractors were spoken to and upon receiving feedback from friends who have used Wally in the past, we have decided to choose AAA Construction as our contractor of choice. Wally made himself immediately available to us to discuss the project, throughout which he was never more than a phone call away. He took all of our ideas and on board, gave considered and informed opinions where requested. The site was always clean, as one could have hoped for, as the team cleaned up at the end of every day, given the extent of the building work. They were exceptionally polite and courteous towards our family and ready to answer any question regarding the project. When issues and problems were encountered, Wally was always quick to respond and sought to solve issues in a timely and cost efficient manner. We would highly recommend Wally and his team to anyone considering a building project, be it a complicated major renovation like ours, or a new build, and we look forward to using him again when the next project comes around.

My wife and I contracted Mr. Wally Smith and his company AAA Construction Ltd in 2015 to build a custom 4500 square ft. home in South Sound. The house was designed by a well-known architectural firm on Island, and was of sufficient architectural complexity to require our chartered surveyors to conduct a full and rigorous tender process.
We chose AAA Construction ahead of four other well-known local construction firms. Our choice was based on the initial meetings with the principals, their commitment to deliver our project within the frame and budgets we had laid out as well as their reputation, specifically their list of referees. We spoke to a number of AAA’s former clients, several of then good friends of ours, and everyone had a positive building experience. Many are repeat customers and there is no better recommendation than repeat business.
Over the last year it has been an absolute please to work with Wally and Pat. On the business side, he has delivered everything he was contracted to do, on time, on budget and to an excellent standard. He has a huge amount of experience in the construction industry is professional in all his dealings and is very happy to share his knowledge. Bronte Development has an excellent relationship with AAA Construction and has found them to be an outstanding construction company.

Project management both onsite and within the AAA office was first rate as was the supervision and coordination of all sub-trades. My wife and I recently completed a home renovation project with AAA Construction which includes a full interior of renovation of a 1990’s ranch home in the Parkway neighborhood on Seven Mile Beach. A multitude of change occurred including but not limited to, upgrading all floors within the home, a complete kitchen remodel, two bathrooms remodel remodels, upgrading all windows and interior and exterior doors, renovating the screen porch in its entirety, the creation of a cathedral ceiling in the living area, the expansion of the exterior entryways, painting and a number of electrical and plumbing changes.
At all time during the refurbishment of this project, Mr. Wally was available via telephone or e-mail and numerous site visits. During the rare time times that he was unbailable, Wally would convey this and we would normally meet with Nigel, the site Supervisor, who was always able to handle our questions or queries. Being a Chartered Surveyor and working somewhat in the construction industry, AAA Construction was able to complete two major tasks, that in my experiences most contractors fail, that is, they completed the project on time and on budget, with any additional cost being requested change orders by ourselves. When required, AAA was also able to source superior specified products or locate materials at a cheaper rate than we had budgeted.
On the rare occasions that the work was not completed to our initial satisfaction, Wally would ensure that the work was re-done or changed without issue. He even went the further mile by completing several items that were not originally specified at no additional cost to ensure our complete satisfaction. Wally and his crew were easy to work with, always tidy, reliable friendly and extremely hardworking.
We are thrilled with our new home. We highly recommend AAA construction to all of our friends and will be using them for any and all of our construction needs in the future. I have also started to use them in my professional capacity. They made what in many cases is a difficult and stressful project into one that was handled seamlessly and without any aggravation.
